Misha Haghani

Misha Haghani is an attorney and founder of Paramount Realty USA (PRUSA), the market leader in accelerated marketing and sales strategies for real estate. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate auctions, Misha has marketed, sold, or advised on over $2 billion worth of real estate and mezzanine interests by auction, including residential, commercial, land, and special-use properties throughout the United States and Mexico. Before founding PRUSA, Misha served as director of a prominent international real estate auction company. Prior to that, Misha was a corporate and real estate attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he represented lenders such as JPMorgan Chase, principals such as the Rockefeller family, and other institutions in transactions valued at approximately $5 billion and consisting of commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties located internationally.

Misha is frequently quoted in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Crain’s, Real Estate Weekly, the New York Post and The Real Deal and has appeared in television interviews on CNBCABC Eyewitness News, NBC News, Fox Business NewsCBS News, Fox 5 NewsBloomberg TV and others. He has authored numerous articles on the subject of real estate auctions. He was recognized in 2008 by Real Estate New York as one of New York’s “30 Under 30: The Best and Brightest of New York Metro Commercial Real Estate’s Next Generation” and in 2010 by Real Estate Weekly in its prestigious annual publication of “Industry Leaders.” Misha frequently guest speaks at trade events (such as the Community Mortgage Bankers’ Forum) and universities (such as Hofstra University and Columbia University).

Misha graduated cum laude with majors in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation from the Cornell Law School. He continues to enhance his professional development by taking graduate level courses in real estate and finance at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Misha lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
